When we have good relationships with ourselves and the people we love, we thrive in life.

With 30 years of experience, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families in a range of both public and private treatment settings. I trained as a nurse and midwife in Ireland and later worked as a narrative therapist in Australia, specializing in addiction treatment for twelve years. I’m trained in various therapy models, including narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. My graduate diploma in Systemic Couple and Family Therapy deepened my understanding of trauma, attachment, and their impact on relationships. I integrate neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatic approaches like Radical Exposure Therapy into my practice.

  • Families facing illness, mental health, or substance issues

  • Parents and teens working to improve communication

  • Separated parents ensuring healthy co-parenting

I have also lectured at Macquarie University and the Australian Institute for Relational Studies. I am clinical supervisor specialising in systemic theory, helping supervisees view their work through a systemic lens.
